Refund Policy - If you don't pass the corresponding exam, the product can be returned for refund, To entitle for this refund, you must fulfil the following:

a) You must take the exam after one month of purchase and no later than three months of purchase.

b) You contact us by email (refund@itexams.co.uk) and send your original copy of the exam transcript to us within 14 days from the date you failed the exam. You should include your postal address, email address and Name in your mail.

c) You purchased it with the normal price. Products purchased under the Promotion Price are not valid for this refund policy as we already sell it at an unbeatable price.

Free Update - You are entitle for free update on our latest product for three months provided that you purchase the corresponding product and still have the right to use it (when you request for refund, you lost this right).
